Panelist Experience Lauren

Our goal is to establish a real relationship with our panelists—a relationship based on mutual respect and gain. It begins with a welcoming human face, in the form of Lauren, our Lightspeed Panel Care Manager. Her role is to introduce potential panelists to the process, encourage them to join, and answer any questions they may have along the way. The registration process itself is quite simple—just create a password, complete the registration survey, and you're on your way.

Once someone has opted to join a panel, Lauren will send a customized email regularly with updates and a link to the latest "mini-poll." A mini-poll is a short questionnaire on the panel home page. Lauren responds to all incoming email and phone calls from panelists on a timely basis.

Incentives

Lightspeed Research offers panel communities powerful incentives to join and actively participate. For the Lightspeed Consumer Panel, answering a poll qualifies the panelist for entry into a sweepstakes and encourages responsiveness when client surveys are presented. Additional incentives in other countries are being created.
