Bi-Lingual Customer Care Administrator
Lightspeed Research is a leading provider of global online market research solutions based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with offices in London and Sydney. Lightspeed Research is part of WPP, one of the world's largest communication service groups. We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Care Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is fluent in Spanish and English, has great writing skills, and an interest in marketing, market research, or e-commerce. The Customer Care Administrator directly supports our Hispanic and U.S. websites by responding to email from the internet users who sign up and take market research surveys and translating English written text to Spanish. As a link between our company and the public, the administrator must be sensitive to user needs, responsive, well organized, and be able to handle many issues simultaneously. This position will also review and translate online advertising copy.
